Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Clinton County (McGill, J.), rendered March 9, 2004, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of aggravated harassment of an employee by an inmate, promoting prison contraband in the first degree (two counts) and attempted assault in the third degree.
