Lonnie D. Wardlow (Wardlow) and Delford George Wilson (Wilson) appeal from their convictions as codefendants following a joint trial (Pen. Code, § 1098) in which two separate juries were simultaneously empaneled in the same courtroom. Wardlow and Wilson each were found guilty of two counts of robbery (Pen. Code, § 211) and one count of murder in the second degree (Pen. Code, § 187). Allegations that Wilson used a gun in the commission of these offenses were found to be true as to all three counts.
