This case was formerly before us on a motion to dismiss the appeal and to strike certain parts of the record. On the determination of the motion all portions of the record on appeal except the certified copy of the judgment roll, the notice of appeal, undertaking on appeal, and order of the trial court denying respondent’s motion to modify judgment were struck from the record.
