This suit was filed by the Holland Realty & Power Company, a corporation (hereinafter called the Holland ^Company), to have the defendants enjoined from cutting, removing or in any way molesting a small cable and wires of plaintiff, used at first by the Holland Company and now by Seventh Street Realty & Power Company, to convey currents of electricity to á building owned by plaintiff and some adjacent buildings.
