¶,1. Theresa McNair had two workers’ compensation claims, one arising from a 20Ó8 injury and the other from a 2012 injury. Attorney Jay Foster represented McNair on her first injury; he filed a signed fee agreement with the Workers’ Compensation Commission and has been paid for his work on that claim. This appeal involves the second claim.
