In considering this case, we will first 'regard it as if the bill had been filed by the creditors of a Pennsylvania corporation, containing all formal requisites, and 'having for its object the compelling the stockholders thereof to pay certain unsatisfied instalments of the capital stock unpaid by them, in order to raise the necessary means for the liquidation of corporation debts.
