The defendant has appealed from a decree rendered against it for $1189.27 on -June 14, 1926, in the Chancery Court of Shelby county. Both the complainant and the defendant are Tennessee corporations, engaged in business in Memphis, Tennessee. It appears that the defendant is engaged in the automobile tire business and also is the owner and operator of a number of automobile trucks. It rents or leases these trucks for hire.
