At the last .term of this Court two cases — Lancaster Mills v. The Merchants’ Cotton-press and Storage Company et al. and Coates § Co. y. The Merchants’ Cotton-press and Storage Company et al. — were decided. The first of these is reported in full in opinion by Judge Lurton. 5 Pickle, pages 1-62.
