Anthony Thomas Makin, an attorney admitted to practice in this state in 1990, has been charged with lawyer misconduct stemming from his fraudulent procurement of prescription drugs for his own personal consumption. The Disciplinary Commission and respondent Makin have submitted for our approval a Statement of Circumstances and Conditional Agreement for Discipline, pursuant to Ind.Admission and Discipline Rule 23, Section 11(e).
