Reversing.

The appellee, United Produce Company, plaintiff below, will be referred to herein as the plaintiff, and the appellant, Merchants Ice & Cold Storage Company, the defendant below, will be referred to as the defendant. The plaintiff in December, 1936, stored 760 bags of seed potatoes with defendant which operated a modern cold storage plant of ten stories equipped with three electric freight elevators located at Logan and Lampton Streets in Louisville, Kentucky.
