OPINION
DONALD, District Judge.
Ricky L. Perkins (“Perkins”) applied for and was denied disability insurance benefits (“DIB”) and Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”) benefits under the Social Security Act (“SSA”). Perkins seeks a remand pursuant to sentence six of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) based on new and material evidence. The district court affirmed the decision by the Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”) denying all benefits to Perkins.
