This is a social security action brought under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) seeking review of a final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security that plaintiff was not entitled to disability insurance benefits (DIB). Plaintiff filed his application for benefits on September 10, 2003, claiming a July 31, 2002 onset of disability. (A.R.52-54).
