In a proceeding pursuant to General Municipal Law § 50-e for leave to serve a late notice of claim, Nassau County Health Care Corporation appeals (1) from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Fhelan, J.), entered March 2, 2007, which granted the petition, and (2), as limited by its brief, from so much of an order of the same court entered August 27, 2007, as, upon renewal, adhered to the prior determination.
