Following several unsuccessful suicide attempts, the plaintiff, Libor Nimmerri-chter, finally took his own life on January 28, 2009. His widow, Mari, seeks review of the final decision of the Commissioner (“Commissioner”) of the Social Security Administration (“Agency”) denying Libor’s application for Disability Insurance Benefits (“DIB”) under Title II of the Social Security Act (“Act”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 423(d)(2).
