By this writ of error plaintiff in error seeks reversal of a judgment of the circuit court of Winnebago county entered against her on an indictment for larceny. The grounds on which reversal is sought are, that the evidence is insufficient to prove the crime of larceny; that errors were committed by the trial court in permitting improper examination of plaintiff in error and in the admission of evidence and instructing the jury, and that prejudice against the defendant was caused by improper remarks by the State’s attorney in argument.
