DUNAGAN, Justice.

This appeal is from a judgment overruling appellant’s plea of privilege to be sued in Brazos County. After a hearing before the court, the suit was retained in Rusk County.

Louise and R. R. Beavers, appellees, entered into a written contract with Brazos Valley Harvestore Systems, Inc., appellant, for the installation of an automatic feed system on appellees’ dairy farm in Rusk County.
