— Appellants, O’Neal & Sons, a firm composed of W. A. O’Neal, G. W. O’Neal and E. C. O’Neal, having obtained two judgments against the appellee, W. L. Mayo, in causes Nos. 493 and 493 in the Justice Court of precinct No. 6, Hunt County, Texas, caused executions to issue thereon, which were placed in the hands of the appellant, Boy Harrington, constable of said precinct, and were by him levied upon the real estate in controversy on January 14, 1909, and the same was advertised to be sold, as provided by law, on the first Tuesday in April, 1909.
