THIS MATTER is before me on motions for summary judgment on behalf of the plaintiff, Jackson County Federal Savings and Loan Association and defendant Colorado National Bank in civil action 84-JM-505. Jurisdiction is based upon 28 U.S.C. § 1332. Colorado National Bank (CNB) moved for summary judgment as to its interest in a promissory note and deed of trust.
