LATTIMORE, Judge.
Conviction in District Court of Hill County of embezzlement, punishment fixed at two years in the penitentiary.
Appellant pleaded guilty to embezzlement. It was charged in the indictment that he was the agent of the General Motors Acceptance Company, a corporation, and as such he embezzled and converted to his own use, without the consent of said corporation, $87.00 in money, the property of said corporation, which had come into his possession and was under his. care by virtue of his agency.
