Suit was filed by Mrs. J. M. Walker, appellee, against the Brotherhood of Railroad Trainmen, appellant, to recover a pension of thirty-five dollars per month alleged to be due to her as the widow of her husband, J. M. Walker, under a pension certificate held by him in said brotherhood. The case was submitted to a jury largely on conflicting evidence, and the jury returned a verdict for the appellee, Mrs. J. M.-Walker, plaintiff in the court below, and, if the evidence made by the plaintiff in the case is sufficient to sustain the jury’s…
