Affirming.
This appeal is from a judgment of the Jefferson Circuit Court in a case submitted upon an agreed statement of facts pursuant to Section 637 of the Civil Code of Practice. The question presented is whether four ordinances of the City of Louisville have been legally advertised so as to authorize the appellant, James P. Queenan, Jefferson County Clerk, to place certain bond issue questions on the ballot to be used by the voters of the City of Louisville in the general election to be held on November 7, 1950. The Circuit Court answered the question in the affirmative.
