PREWITT, Judge.

By written agreement dated January 10, 1972, Thomas L. Weinsaft (decedent) and Nicholas L. Weinsaft (plaintiff), decedent’s son, agreed that plaintiff would have certain rights to purchase from decedent 765 shares of common stock of Crane Manufacturing Company, a Missouri corporation.
