MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
YOUNG, District Judge.
In this consolidated action, an American seaman and three foreign seamen seek to recover damages under American law from their employer, a British Virgin Islands corporation, for emotional distress they allegedly suffered after finding they had been inoculated with a vaccine testing positive for the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), the virus which causes the Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS).
