The Debtor, Walway Corporation, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of a holding company, CWN. On August 6, 1986 Debtor filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code. As of the filing date, Debtor was a party to a collective bargaining agreement (“contract”) dated July 26, 1985, with Local 985 of the International Union of United Automobile Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers of America (“union”).
