Affirming.
The question, involved on this appeal is the title to a tract of land containing 172 acres, lying in Estill county, Kentucky. It arises in this way; Prior to his death Joel McKinney was the owner of a large body of land in that county, a portion of which extended into Powell county, which was known and had been for more than a half century, as the Cottage Furnace tract.
