|, This case involves a Motion for Rule on Clerk filed by Appellant Midwest Terminals of Toledo, Inc., that we ordered briefed by the parties and submitted as a case. Appellee T. Arthur Palm brought suit against Midwest Terminals for breach of an employment agreement. After a jury returned a verdict in Mr. Palm’s favor and the circuit court entered a judgment, Midwest Terminals filed a notice of appeal and attempted to lodge the record with the Clerk of the Arkansas Supreme Court.
