In an action to recover damages for personal injuries and property damage, the defendant 67-02 Myrtle Avenue Corp. appeals from so much of an interlocutory judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Miller, J.), dated February 14, 1985, as, after a nonjury trial, is in favor of plaintiff and against it on the issue of liability.

Interlocutory judgment affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
