This is a tort and securities fraud case brought by Plaintiffs Surendra Kumar and Sandhya Ajjarapu against A.E. Biofuels, Inc. (“AE”), Corporate Stock Transfer (“CST”), and Crone Rozynko, LLP (“Crone”). 1 These matters are before the Court on Defendant AE’s Motion to Dismiss pursuant to' Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(6) (Doc. # 59) and Defendant Crone’s Motion to Dismiss pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 12(b)(2) and (6) (Doc. # 84).
