May a debtor reopen his case to file a complaint to avoid a nonpossessory, nonpur-chase-money lien on certain chattel, chiefly household goods and furnishings, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 522(f), if such lien impairs an exemption to which the debtor would be entitled?
