Quigley v. McIntosh

Rights to the use of the waters of Ophir Creek were adjudicated by the district court of Powell county in a decree bearing date March 28, 1928, hereafter referred to as the original decree, wherein John R. Quigley and others were plaintiffs and Ophir Mining Company and others were defendants. These rights, bearing various dates from 1865 to 1912, aggregate 1,650 inches.
