This suit was brought by appellee to recover from appellant damages alleged to have been sustained by her at a highway crossing, caused by the negligence of appellant’s servants in charge of a train running on its road on the 15th day of November, 1879.
The case was before this court at the November term, 1880 when a judgment in favor of appellee was reversed and the cause remanded. 8 Bradwell, 140.
Again it comes here after a second judgment against appellant.
