Plaintiff Luis Daniel Alicea Marrero (“Plaintiff’) filed a complaint against Costco Wholesale Corporation (“Costco”) alleging wrongful termination and damages resulting from unequal treatment, harassment, and discrimination in violation of his constitutional rights.
