Facts and Procedural History

In 2004, Walter B. Price, Alan H. Goode, William A. Lunsford ("Lunsford"), and Cathy Lunsford (Lunsford's wife) formed Riverfront Development, LLC ("Riverfront"), with the goal of developing certain real estate located in Tuscaloosa ("the Riverwalk property").
