This and its companion case are election contests coming up from the superior court of Pima county. It appears that Stanley J. Kitt, appellant in cause No. 2517, was a candidate for councilman at large for the city of Tucson, against H. H. Holbert, while Willis S. Young, appellant in cause No. 2516, was a candidate for councilman from the second ward of that city against Frank J. Cordis. Holbert and Cordis were duly declared elected by the proper canvassing board, and appellants contested the election. It was agreed by counsel that the questions involved in this appeal are solely…
