This ease arises from Appellant Peggy Blizzard’s termination from her employment with Appellee Marion Technical College. Blizzard filed suit against her supervisor and the college asserting claims for age discrimination and retaliation, as well as intentional infliction of emotional distress and breach of public policy. The district court granted summary judgment in favor of the defendants on all claims. Blizzard now appeals the dismissal of her age discrimination and retaliation claims.
