RODNEY, District Judge.

The two individual defendants and the corporate defendant were each charged in five counts of the indictment with violations of the fraud provision of the Securities Act of 1933, § 17(a) (1), 15 U.S.C.A. § 77q(a)(l), and in seven counts of the indictment with violations of the Mail Fraud Statute, 18 U.S.C.A. § 338. Each defendant moved under Rule 29(b) of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure1 at the close of all the evidence for a judgment of acquittal. Decision on the motions was reserved and the case was submitted to the jury in 'accordance with the aforesaid rule.…
