John Truelsen, as executor of the estate of Nellie Truelsen, brought this action against the defendants to recover for personal injuries allegedly caused by the defendants’ negligence in failing to provide Mrs. Truelsen, whom the defendants had employed to care for their minor children, with a safe place to work.
