This bill is filed to specifically enforce a contract between the appellee and appellant, and, while two contracts are referred to, one of 1910 between the appellant and appellee’s predecessor, and the other of 1920 between the appellant and appellee, the last contract is intended as a confirmation of the 1910 one by the appellee, as modified by the one of 1920, and which said last contract is the one sought to be enforced.
