SILER, Circuit Judge.

Dr. Yuri Harchenko (“Petitioner”) petitioned for asylum. His wife, Dr. Tetiana Harchenko, and son, Oleksandr Harchen-ko, have derivative applications under his petition. The immigration judge (IJ) denied the petition for asylum and ordered the family’s deportation. The Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) affirmed the decision of the IJ. Petitioner appeals the decision of the BIA to this court. We affirm.
