INTRODUCTION
Norma E. Lopez was convicted of first degree murder and use of a weapon to commit a felony. Her convictions and sentences were affirmed by this court in State v. Lopez. Lopez filed a verified motion for postconviction relief which was denied after an evidentiary hearing. Lopez appeals.
