Claimant and defendants in this workmen’s compensation case entered into a compensation agreement providing for the payment of compensation for an indefinite number of weeks. The agreement is dated April 4, 1938. On May 26, 1939, defendants filed a petition to terminate the agreement, alleging that all disability resulting from the accident ceased as of April 24, 1939. This petition was dismissed by the board on April 24, 1941, and no further appeal was taken.
