The plaintiff sued the defendants for damages for personal injuries sustained in an automobile accident, and alleged substantially as follows: That he was riding as an invited guest in an automobile operated by his son; he had no interest in or control over the operation of the automobile, or in the mission for which it was being used; he was sitting on the right side of the driver in the front seat of the automobile, which was being driven in a northerly direction along Butler street in the City of Atlanta at a rate of speed of about 20 miles per hour as it approached the intersection of…
