This is an appeal from a $300,-000 default judgment entered in a personal injury action in favor of appellee Marilyn Jean Barnett, Administratrix of the Estate of Carl Dewayne Barnett, deceased, and against appellant Reo Moving & Storage Company of Illinois and its driver Appellant Willie L. Robertson. Appellants rely upon the following points for reversal:

“POINT I. The trial court erred in finding that the appellants should not be permitted to plead to the complaint notwithstanding that time for pleading had expired.
