Appellant, complainant below, filed a bill, in the circuit court of Chambers County,' in equity, to enjoin the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church and its board of deacons from removing a church building from land al-' leged to be the property of complainant. The bill alleges that in 1916 one Ada L.
