This cause comes before us on an appeal by the Halsted Exchange National Bank of Chicago from certain orders which were entered in the superior court. The main proceeding in the trial court was a stockholders’ liability suit filed on behalf of complainants and others to recover upon alleged causes of action against stockholders of The West Side Trust & Savings Bank of Chicago, for alleged liability imposed by Article 11, section 6 of the Illinois Constitution.
