MEMORANDUM OPINION
KEVIN GROSS, Bankruptcy Judge.
The Chapter 7 Trustee, George L. Miller (the “Trustee”) brings this adversary action to recover what he alleges are damages in excess of $12 million to USA Detergents, Inc. (the “Debtor” or “USAD”) resulting from the operation of USAD by Titan Global Holdings, Inc. (“Titan”) for the benefit of USAD’s prepetition secured lender, Greystone Business Credit II, L.L.C.
