The attorney general of the State, upon the relation of five trust companies, organized and doing business under the laws of the State, by permission granted, filed in this court an information in the nature of a proceeding quo warranto against the First National Bank of Bay City, by means of which relators question the right of the respondent to act as trustee, executor, administrator, and registrar of stocks and bonds under such rules and regulations as the Federal reserve board may prescribe; it being claimed that the exercise by respondent of said franchises and privileges is in contempt…
