DALTON, Judge.
Action to quiet title and in ejectment for described real estate in Franklin County. The trial court sustained defendants’ motions to dismiss and dismissed plaintiff’s petition. Plaintiff has appealed.
The petition contained two counts. The first four subdivisions of the first count were reincorporated by reference in the second count. These subdivisions stated that the cause involved title to real estate in Franklin County; and that the action “was originally instituted in this county” (no date stated) against Irene W.
