This is the second appeal in this case. On the first appeal we reversed the order dismissing the amended petition of the debtor on the ground that same had been entered without notice to him and on the further ground that he was entitled to adjudication under Section 22 of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 45, under the prayer of the amended petition wherein he asked that he might be adjudged a bankrupt in accordance with the acts relating to bankruptcy including subsection (s) of Section 75, 11 U.S.C.A. § 203(s).
