JONES, Chief Justice.
In a suit in the 101st judicial district court of Dallas county, in a case styled Walter H. Wilson et al., Plaintiffs, v. R. C. Chastain, Trustee, et al., Defendants, Robert Thompson, appellee, was appointed receiver to take charge of a small tract of land situated in Gregg county, said to contain four acres of land, more or less, and described by metes and bounds. Appellee duly qualified as such receiver, and took possession of the said tract of land.
